Terrible service. I tried using the app but they wouldnu2019t let me sign in even though I already registered in the system and had just made my account details. I then tried calling on the phone but all that did was give me computer generated voice lines promoting products and different services and when it gave me the option to stay on the line for more options, they hung up on me. Worst service of my life. Save yourself time and do not use.

Dear 1800MD,You have a great concept. You have a good app. You have thousands of doctors contracted with you. You have quick and helpful customer service reps. Your service is free to subscribers. It saves me and my employer time and money. Telemedicine is the future. I'm on board. Really. I can keep working and see a doctor at my desk. No missing work. No waiting in the doctor's office. .... BUT, and this is a big but, for all of that to work; the doctor needs to actually ******* call me. The problem here, is the doctors. I feel like the bottom of the medical school barrel types sign up to do this. If it wasn't for the doctors, you'd get 5 stars.

I have been using this site for 2 or 3 years and have about 10 calls on record. They are quick, polite and can prescribe some types of medication. It's so much easier than going to the doctor's office.

The doctor didnu2019t listen to my symptoms or my history. He talked over me and when I tried to explain what I had already done to treat my symptoms. He was not listening to anything I had to say, he diagnosed me in literally 10 seconds our phone call was less than 1 minute. This service is a joke.

Called twice in 1 week for 2 different patients and never got a call from a doctor. Had to contact them again both times.
