My mom has stage 4 COPD and I have brought her to the ER a couple of times now. Though they're no perfect we are overall very happy with them. Now she is in the ICU and the nurses here have been amazing. Chris is her graveyard nurse and she was like a guardian angel, I would also like to give a shout out to Taylor and Rachel who are wonderful too.

I was in the ER a few weeks ago with type A flu and was kept overnight. They made me very comfortable and were so kind. I also have to say the meals were very good and I liked that you could order for each one. Hospital ER fast track area is a great idea for those that ARE fast. I was there for over 5 hours and had people alongside of me turn over 3 times while I was there. Also had a crying baby next to me when I was there with a migraine. Doesnu2019t make sense. Provider I saw only spent a total of 3 minutes with me. Got the help I needed but with a lot of frustration.

I was scheduled for a echo cardiogram at Mercy-Jefferson in Crystal City,Mo. I was able to get a date and time that fit my schedule.nUpon arriving,the staff was very pleasant and easy to talk with. They were able to give good directions to the Echo Cardiogram room on the lower level. Upon arriving the people check me in. They said it would just a few minutes. 5 minutes later the technician came out and took me to the room where the procedure took place. The technician was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me about the procedure.n30 minutes later I done and on my way home.nThanks everyone at Mercy-Jefferson.nSid Young

This was my second time here for surgery. This time for my low back. We arrived on time. The front desk receptionist helped us right away. We were taken down to the surgery prep area right then. No waiting. Terry and Annie in the surgery prep area treated us great, professional and very friendly. Anesthesiologists kept us informed. Surgery with Dr. Rivkin was on time and all went well. Recovery area took good care of me. All went well.nHopefully I won't need Mercy Jefferson, but if I do, I feel like we are in good hands.
