I made an appointment online this morning. They had tons of availability which was nice, especially with it being a Saturday. The lady that checked me in was super sweet. We had an issue looking up my insurance but she was able to find it and I was so grateful that she kept trying until it was found. The nurse (medical assistant?) that took my weight/vitals/etc was also super nice and friendly. After doing that I was put in an exam room and the doctor was in to see me within 10-15 minutes. The doctor checked me out and then double checked what pharmacy I wanted my prescription sent to and that was it. I was in and out. I had to bring my son with me to my appointment and they were great about that as well. I'm very satisfied with my experience there and definitely recommend them if you're looking for an urgent care in the Schaumburg area.

First time here after living so close for 43 years. Easy to make an appointment The building is deceiving. It is immaculate and comfortable inside. So pleased with how kind the employees were. Care was thorough and fabulous. My new place for immediate care

Recommend going anywhere else for IV fluid therapy. I am pregnant and unfortunately am super nauseous. They ask you to call after 2pm to book an appointment for IV therapy to make sure the nurse is in, but the nurse is never in and an appointment can never be made. Out of all the times myself and my husband have called (weeks now) theyu2019ve been able to get me in once. I recommend saving yourself the time and finding a different place for fluids.

It was very quick. My son just needed an antibiotic for his ear infection and he was in lot of pain. We scheduled an appointment and got the medication which was a huge relief for all of us.

I really recommend coming to this Immediate Care!!! Everyone that works there are super helpful and will go out of there to get you in for an appointment. I never have to wait long and Dr. NOREEN PIERANDOZZI is the BEST. Easy to talk to and makes sure that you get right prescriptions and treat ment that as needed.
