This practice is truly outstanding. The staff consistently goes above and beyond for their patients. While there have been some changes recently, it's important to note that such transitions are common across the healthcare landscape. It's easy to see that many reviews are negative, often stemming from those who share their experiences only when they are dissatisfied.nnIn my case, I had a wonderful experience from the moment I checked in to my appointment with Dr. Willa Augustin. She is incredibly knowledgeable and conducted a thorough head-to-toe assessment. Dr. Augustin addressed all my questions, carefully reviewed my medication list, and her warm personality, complete with an unforgettable smile, made the visit even better.nnThe checkout process with Brittany was also smooth. She worked diligently to ensure I had my X-rays and lab work completed on the same day. I understand that labs can get busy and that delays happen, so I appreciated the patience and professionalism displayed.nnOverall, my experience was fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to everyone I know. Keep up the excellent work!

Not sure what they are doing to get 5 star reviews but donu2019t trust them. I was seeing Giselle Torres and always made my appointments a year in advance. She was great and was always very helpful. I couldnu2019t remember the date of my appointment and found it odd I couldnu2019t find any information for it on the app but could still see my appointment for my blood work. When I called thatu2019s when they informed me that Dr. Torres left the practice and I needed to make a new appointment with a different doctor. That wouldu2019ve been nice to know that my doctor left. When you get bloodwork done at their lab be prepared to wait an extended amount of time. I always try to get the first appointment since I work early in the morning and at 7am they have 10 people scheduled and only one person drawing blood. On the day of my doctors appointment, I got to my appointment 15 minutes early, got checked in quickly by a nurse who seemed like she would rather be anywhere else, and then sat in a room for 45 minutes. My new doctor Lisa Mackenzie seemed very confused when she came in because she said that this wasnu2019t her u201cnormal roomu201d. She basically read me my results of my bloodwork and then asked if I had any questions. I asked her to fill out a paper for my job and she told me I could fill in some of the boxes at home? Now almost 2 months later Iu2019m getting billed from Quest Diagnostics for a vitamin D test which I was never told I was getting & donu2019t have results for but for some reason Dr. Mackenzie ordered them? Very annoying and I will be finding a new practice.

I have been going to Premier Family Health for a few years now. Last year it was difficult to schedule. But once I got to my appt, it was worth the wait, because my doctor was great. I had to get a new doctor this year because my last one is not with the practice anymore. At first I was worried. But Dr. Johnson and her staff thankfully were fantastic. (NP) McKenzie took care of any questions or concerns and appointments I had. They made sure they followed up with me also. I would definitely recommend this team.

When I applied for coverage during open enrollment, Cigna was accepted by PFH. I made appts for labs/follow-up in Jan but had to reschedule and when I called (their call center in Orlando) to do so, I was asked if anyone had contacted me about my insurance, and no, I had not received any calls. I was told they were not accepting Cigna at this time. I've been a pt for nearly 10 years and didn't want to find another dr; I really enjoy my time with Dr. Phillips as she is a kind, caring and professional doctor with patient care as her main priority. I asked how much self-pay would be for labs/office visit and was told office w/b $80-$100 and labs depends on orders rec'd. I agreed to self-pay, this time. When I arrived for my office visit yesterday, the receptionist, who was not welcoming at all, told me my cost w/b $350. Seriously? She explained that I would receive a bill if I walked away or if I stayed for the visit. Either way, I was hit for $350. I stayed for my visit and paid the $350 because Dr. Phillips listens and advises and truly cares about her patients well being. Her assistant, Diamond, was a joy and I do hope things get better for this practice. Keep in mind, I pay $700/mo for Cigna and I'm not planning to return to PFH. It's a sad day when corporate greed replaces what once was a genuine healthcare facility but now is a cold building, costing patients more wait time than ever before, and rushing patients thru their visits so that the 15 minutes are billed to the insurance company. BTW, immediately after my blood work, I received several text messages and emails with links for payment. I'm sure this place will lose a lot of good employees and patients - why would anyone stay?

This is a corporate business office, not a medical facility. My family and I have been patients here for two decades, but in recent years, there has been significant physician turnover. I had a scheduled appointment since last year with a specific physician at the Loxahatchee office, only to discover I had been automatically assigned to a different, unfamiliar provider. I subsequently rescheduled at the closer Wellington office, but the available physicians listed were all new to me. I strongly recommend reviewing online reviews before scheduling an appointment. The high rate of physician turnover within the past few years suggests potential systemic issues. We have been having lots of issues with them recently, which is getting ridiculous by the minute. Just to name a few: if you need prescription refills you have to make an appointment to see a doctor. Last year for my fasting bloodwork, I waited almost 2 hrs after checking in until I realized that people who signed in 90 mins after me got called right in. When I inquired at the front desk, it seems they had forgotten about me altogether. They scared us with my son test results, sent him to an endocrinologist who told us he was perfectly fine. The doctors lack of knowledge is appalling. I am actively seeking a new family practice that prioritizes patient health and well-being.
