Giving them 1 Star, worked here for 7 years, however when they changed management in the referral department everything just went downhill. Those Leaders as they call themselves are just self centered people who only thinks about themselves and their cliques . Some are not even deserve to be in a leadership role, but of course friends with the higher ones. So if you are thinking to apply for job at their referral department, think again or if you are just started working their better run. It will such the life out of you.

During an interview one of the very arrogant men in an off way said I was dumb and that I could not learn this job. I have worked for places and like Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom and was great at remembering hundreds of product codes and SKU numbers and I was very good at customer service. I wasn't happy with this treatment but in the long run I think I dodged a bullet. Go into retail sales you will make much more money.PS. The rude supervisor who said I was dumb had a hole in the sole of his shoe, how classy.

I was fired from my job on Tuesday November 2nd 2021. My manager & the hr lady refused to let me stay. I called the hr lady back a few months ago and she told me that my termination was final and that they are not going to let me come back to work at Concentra.

Pros: Pre-employment drug testing results were delivered quickly.Cons: They make you touch absolutely everything: office pens, clip boards, touch screen signatures, take a seat. Also, it's a tiny office where you have to stand with little social distancing opportunities in very small, enclosed, confined space. It is extremely uncomfortable during this pandemic.

IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT APPLYING AS A REFERRAL COORDINATOR .S.T.O.P.THESE PEOPLE PLAY FAVORTISIM.THEY ONLY FOCUS ON NUMBERSSUPERVISORS ARE UNKNOWLEDGEABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.THEY TREAT THIS JOB AS IF IT'S YOUR LAST RESORT .THEY HIRE ANYBODY OFF THE STREETS.TRUST ME GUYS, THE POSITION LOOKS GOOD ON PAPER BUT IS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE....RUN A FEW EXITS DOWN TO AMERISOURCE BERGEN IF YOUR SMART
