Nurse did not take my blood pressure until I had been walking for 5 mins.nDid not ask what Meds I was on for my issues. Just the issues themselves. Took my temperature even tho I told her i just drank water.nnDoctor was great. Nurse needs some instructions on how to basic intake services.

I visited the location on Delaware Avenue and the receptionist was very patient and attentive. Also the guy who took my vitals and did my X-rays were nice as well ass the doctor. All around a great, speedy wonderful experience considering what I was there for. 10/10

Came in for a work-related injury and was in and out in about an hour and a half. Sat in the waiting room for about an hour, was called back and seen by the nurse in another 10, and saw the PA about 15 minutes after that. For as many people that were in the waiting room Iu2019d say that was pretty good.nnApril the triage nurse was wonderful. Her kind demeanor was appreciated considering I came in stressed out, having not had a great morning. She put me at ease right away.nnAshely the PA was also wonderful. Took y he time to understand my case and made sure I understood what I needed to do for at-home care.nnIf I needed immediate care again, Iu2019d feel confident returning to this location.

The front desk is terrible people. I got kicked out for u201ctalking backu201d. ISNT that a conversation? The front desk people kicked me out the system when I make an online appointment every time and now today, I get kicked out because the blonde lady and a heavy set lady got mad.nnI was explaining to them my situation and for some reason, The moment I asked for a work note Im being disrespectful? And need to leave.nnThey refused to see me because the blonde lady gave attitude about me making sure I can get a work note and I commented that to my partner and told her it doesnu2019t matter how she feels cause everything on paperwork and she pressed me about saying she have attitude and than I told her u201cwhat I say to someone else she doesnu2019t need to comment and to continue the process for me to be seen regardlessu201d than the heavy set female said if I keep talking back I need to leave. They threaten to call the cops which no cops ever showed up because I told them to bring the cops cuz they knew they was wrong. My phone was dead is the only reason I didnu2019t call the cops.nnI been to the ER twice this week and they told me to stop by urgent care for a work note cuz they was to lazy to make me one over night. And I called urgent care at 05/22/25 @12:53PM and they told me to come for the doctor note. That Y itu2019s bothering me. Now after today I have to just pray I can keep my job, because of my health difficulties that all on PAPER. I canu2019t do nothing and itu2019s not only this urgent care, Sisters hospital and Buffalo general need better employees. The nurses and doctors i never had a problem with. The front desk need new worker. Do better before yu2019all kick someone out that really need help regardless if it was me or not.

Wow! What a gem of a clinic to stumble upon. I was sick and didnu2019t want to wait for an appointment with my doctor. Made my appointment online, showed up and signed in. The ladies at the front desk were upbeat, kind and efficient. I was taken back for my exam and everything went so smoothly and quickly. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The energetic, friendly staff is truly something you just donu2019t see these days and I will definitely return when I am ill. Thank you for a positive experience especially when I was feeling ill.
