Dr. Perry and his staff are the best. We've been coming here for years and have always received terrific care. A new urgent care opened closer to our house, and last week my husband cut himself badly. We gave the new place one more try (despite a previous poor experience) because it was closer and he was bleeding. They could not have cared less. No sense of urgency whatsoever shown to him. So glad we got back in the car and headed to Gwinnett Urgent Care where we should have gone in the first place. We will never stray again!

Amazing amazing amazing! The staff was so sweet, and the doctors/MAs were so kind as well. I went for a prescription for my inhaler, and my father went to get his shoulder checked out. The ladyu2019s (I canu2019t remember theyu2019re names sadly) we saw during our visit answered all of our questions, and had amazing bed side manners!!nnThe clinic itself was super clean, and organized. I personally hate going to doctor offices/clinics because they always feel dirty to me, but Gwinnett urgent care exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been using Dr Perry for 15 years. He is a super cool and an extremely knowledgeable Doctor. He takes the time to get to know you and gives many different options for treatment. I would recommend him and his practice to anyone!

BEWARE - Major price increase! Gwinnett Urgent Care is now under NE GA Health System who charges a MINIMUM $320 per visit if you use insurance. If you self-pay, they discount it by 30%. My family has used GUC for years and we have always been happy with their service. That is not the issue! In the past their charges were always reasonable. My last visit I saw a PA (not a DR) for less than 10 min to write a few prescriptions for a long-lasting cold/bronchitis. I paid $100 up front and STILL got billed the remaining balance from NE GA Health System. They tried to blame my insurance company because it was within my deductible instead of acknowledging that they are charging a crazy high rate for very little care. I will be switching providers in the future, and calling to ask Urgent Care places what their fees are prior to visiting. Perhaps paying by cash as well since they want to gouge the insurance company which penalizes me if I haven't yet met my deductible.
