I called this place back in August to see if they accepted my medical insurance and to verify they were open. It was confirmed and I arrived shortly thereafter. I filled out all the paperwork and was checked in, and about 15 minutes later the staff calls me up to the desk to inform me that the doctor had to go home and that I could not be seen. Fine, I went to another, much cleaner and much friendlier urgent care a few blocks away. Now, in December, I get a bill from them for $80 for that visit. I have tried to call the number listed on the bill and the billing department's inbox is full and the operator cannot pick up the phone. I have been to this urgent care in the past, and I have not really ever had a great experience here. The providers are rude and the staff can be seen texting on their cellphones. I would rather have my 95 year old, blind grandfather stitch me up with a needle and fishing line than give these people my business.

We had a bad experience here too. The PA Usmann Arshad could not help us because he did not have a high enough certification or something. We needed a prescription that he could not get us. Not his problem, he said, and then, Not his fault. he walked away while I was asking for ideas to fix our medication issue. This guy, Usmann, could not have been more rude and unhelpful, wasted my time going there.

just took my 85 yr. old grandmother into urgent care only to be refused service under claims she was not covered. She is indeed covered they just did not bother to take a proper look at her insurance.

Place is a joke, they don't care about the patient just making money. Took me 3 hours to be seen with 2 patients ahead of me. When I complained to Dr. Vasale about the wait he didn't even evaluate me and just wrote a pain prescription to push me out the door.
