If you value your time and your health, avoid this place.nnFrom the 4+ hour spent in total, and 1.5 hrs PAST the appointment time just to be taken back, to the waiting room with peopleu2019s used tissues lining the windows, and no garbage in sight, this place is a disgusting joke. Save yourself and cross the street to the ER.nnWhen youu2019ve got an appt and hear others coming in after with later appointments and they are seen before you, makes one wonder what kind of place this is.nnOthers in the waiting room were saying theyu2019d been waiting for three hours just to be taken back.

Triage seemed to be thorough. After she left to get the Joie. I heard them laughing while discussing my case. Then I heard Joie say she didnu2019t want to do anything. She came in asked questions which I explained was excruciating headaches for 5 days. that start in the neck and continues up to my entire head. And that I experienced shaking hands and that my handwriting had worsened. My blood pressure, which they confirmed. Iu2019m on bp meds and itu2019s been controlled since Iu2019ve been on them. I asked for maybe some labs. That my balance was off. My speech was slow.. And that Tylenol/ibuprofen cocktail helped get rid of the headaches. She did some strength tests.She said I had a build up of wax in my right ear. She couldnu2019t see the canal. The least she could have done is clean out the wax. But, decided I had Vertigo. When I left she noticed my sandals, said if I could walk in them it couldnu2019t be too bad. Cuz if she walked in them she would be on the floor! I stated several times I am 75 and very heathy.. I walk every morning 3-5 miles. I was doing CrossFit at home for 3 months. I thought they were unprofessional.

For about a week or so I had been having some ear pressure and pain and I didnu2019t want to bother with going into the emergency room so I asked google to take me to the best urgent care in Lake Havasu city and thankfully google didnu2019t let me down.. let me tell you hands down it was my best experience ever at an urgent care.. I was able to use my insurance that was amazing in its self. The entire office was beautifully clean. Everyone was friendly and very nice and very patient. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and made me feel ease right away. I will definitely be going back to see her. She was amazing thank you to your staff. I really had a pleasant urgent care visit yesterday. Thank you was able to get my meds and understand what was going on with me.. And Iu2019m comfortable in knowing that if I feel under the weather, I will definitely going Back was so easy..

Made an appointment on line . Nice clean lobby. Frindly and welcoming reception it. Only a small wait . Clinical staff were knowledgeable ,professional, and took time to discus findings annd recommendations.nExceptional level of care not usually found in a busy u201c stop-in clinicu201d . Talking in the hall telling a coworker you arenu2019t going to do anything for a patient doesnu2019t instill confidenceu2026 and then really doing nothingu2026nnTwo days lateru2026 a visit to TrueCare. Completely different experience. Actual treatment. Actual examination. Completely different findings that actually matched the symptoms.
