Amazing amazing experience! Took my 3 month old Memorial Day weekend he had a cold and they put my mind at ease and helped me understand what was going on with him as well as examined to find out he was teething and that could add to the irritability. Nurse was amazing and the doctor was absolutely fantastic. Didnu2019t even have to wait 5 mins they took us right in. Definitely recommend

My daughter is now 3 days away from turning 3. This week she got a nasty little cough, that progressively got worse. This isnu2019t our first time going to PM Pediatrics in Syosset, and yes we do have a primary care for our daughter, I just donu2019t think he has the personality needed to be a doctor I. Pediatrics. The first time we went to PM my daughter was showing signs of RSV. After going to PM, the confirmed that she tested positive for RSV. My daughter knows the deal when we enter the doctors office, so immediately sheu2019s on high alert and most likely will be crying and screaming. Out of the 3 visits we had, and the 3 different physicians, I canu2019t say anything bad. There was no wait each time, they were extremely gentle and picked up on the fact the our daughter was uneasy. They were patient, and made sure to explain our options thoroughly so we could make the best decision regarding the medical care our daughter needed. The only thing I wish, was that I could make them her primary care doctors, cause I would with out a thought. I highly recommend PM to any parent who is in a bad situation and needs to use a urgent care. Not only is it good for the kids, but it helps put a parents mind at ease to know that when I take her there, she will be in the best possible hands available.

They were awesome. My son hurt his ankle. We filled out appointment on line . We arrived at appointed time they scheduled. Was taken in almost immediately. Staff was so friendly and caring. Son had x-ray . They had radiologist view. Came out just a bad sprain. If I went to a regular emergency room I would have been there all night. Pm pediatrics had us out of there in less than an hour. I have used this syosset pm pediatrics several times with all my son's. Nothing but caring and professional people. Would recommend

I am very disappointed at that place. I used to use Pm Pediatric in different location and I was very happy about it. I paid my copay and all test was included never had any issue with it. Unfortunately at that location I paid my copay and now received two extra bills from two different laboratories. They sent my son swabs to two different laboratories without telling me about it ,So now I have to pay double because they donu2019t know what to do u2026 Even my insurance told me to asked them why they send it to two different labs instead of do rapid tests for common flu and strap tests . I will not come back there and definitely will not recommend to any one .

I was there 2 hrs ago. The Dr was too quick to take our money and dismiss us. My daughter left crying because she felt so bad and the Dr said she was u201cfineu201d The Dr was in the room under 3 minutes. She looked in her ear and heard her breathe. And left. No temperature check and did not come in with the medication the nurse said she would bring in for severe ear pain.nMy daughter is now home with high fever feeling miserable and I wonu2019t go back there tonight.nAbsolutely worst service we have ever had there. Disappointing!! Disgusting treatment!!
