Everyone at this location in Snellville was simply amazing. They got right to me, did not wait but a few minutes and they took care of my issues and I was in and out and on my way home. I must say from the front desk receptionist to the sign in nurse, to my nurse who took very good care of me, and up to the nurse practitioner was just fundamental. When I say this team of women was on it, they were taking care of business. We need more teams of medical women like them. They could teach a class of customer service and professionalism to other medical facilities. Again thank you for your service to me today and for being a blessing to our community.

Excellent staff. Met with a practitioner on duty today who was so kind with my autistic daughter. Most medical professionals will ask me questions about her symptoms even though she is 16. The practitioner here patiently let her describe her symptoms and made her feel heard. The practitioner diagnosed her quickly after running some tests and prescribed liquid medication, as my daughter specified that she has a hard time swallowing pills.

It took longer to get the results from x-rays. I don't think they have an x-ray technician on site. So if you need to get x-rays, I would recommend going somewhere that has a technician on site to get quicker results.nnOther than that, the main provider and her medical assistant were nice and patient. However, the lady at the front desk was not friendly and had an attitude.

I visited this clinic because I was experiencing severe cold and flu symptoms for over a week. I was having v trouble breathing and very weak. It was very busy at the clinic, but they kept thinking moving, my provider was professional and listened to what I was saying, which I really appreciated, I was treated at the clinic and back home in am hour with prescriptions and slept throughout the night. I'm feeling better much better this morning, it's nice v to know that the emergency room no is n not the v only , thank you for excellent service, reception was very welcoming and the v registration process was quick and easy, highly recommended
