Dr. Patel was very kind and understanding. She listened very intently and I felt heard. The nurse who first called me back was very gentle and caring, she showed great empathy towards me. And the woman at the front desk was kindhearted and showed great compassion.

Hours online and on the door clearly state during the week til 9p. I took someone there who had lost consciousness. We arrived 15 min before 9p. The door was locked. We knocked on the door, staff came to the desk, made eye contact with us, then proceeded to turn away. I thought it was maybe to go get someone to let us in. Someone else came out, saw us, and sat down at the desk and ignored us. I understand you donu2019t want to work per your scheduled hours but in all industries of healthcare in an u201curgent careu201d setting, Iu2019m blown away you lock your doors prior to your stated closing time and outright ignore us. If you take your last patient at 8p or 8:30p, fine, then put those as your hours. Donu2019t put 9p and maybe at least have the decency to come share this info if thatu2019s the case instead of ignoring us. I also tried to call as the lady was sitting at the desk and they ignored the call. Attached are pics of the two lovely people clearly not devoted to healthcare.

I'm 55 yrs old and it was by far the best experience I've ever had at a medical facility. I felt like the staff went above and beyond what is expected nowadays in the medical profession. I'm very appreciative of the service I got!! I came in with a gash in my head that required 8 staples and they immediately took care of it while worrying about the paperwork later. That's how everyone should do it!!

Nothing worse than being super sick, making an appointment online and then driving in a blizzard to find you guys are closed. If you are closedu2026 disable the option of making an on-line appointment.

Initial 9/30/24 appt, check-in, and doctor exam went seemingly fine. But events that occurred subsequently cause this retiree to never return, nor recommend this company. After ruling out Covid, Flu A or B, a chest X-ray was completed. Results would not be available for a few days. I was sent home to take ibuprofen only even though breathing was labored for me. I later discovered that doctors comments stated patient did not complain of breathing issues. That was totally false, and why would doctor recommend X-ray if I werenu2019t having labored breathing?nTwo days later i went to an emergency room and immediately admitted to the hospital for pneumonia for 4 days of antibioticsnUrgent Care notified about a week later my X-rays showed nothing unusual. I informed them then of my hospital stay.nIt wasnu2019t until February 2025 that I received bill from Urgent Care. No detailed statement, just pay this amount. Because I have 2 excellent insurance programs, I generally never have to pay a copay or routine medical costs out of pocket. I attempted on two occasions to reach the billing company at the contact number listed on the billing, but was never successful in reaching someone to discuss situation with. Always put on hold awaiting the next available representative. After holding more than 30 minutes on 2nd call I left a long message with the requested info and my contact number. I never received return calls and assumed they were refiling my insurance since my secondary clearly told them they had to file with Medicare 1st, and then my secondary insurance would pay the difference.nA few weeks later I again get another bill. This time I spent 45 minutes on hold, and, when I went to leave yet another message, their office had closed 10 minutes ago.nThe fourth try to get in touch with their offices resulted in the exact same disrespect for their customer. As I was again left on hold, and VERY tired of hearing how important my call was, I finally grabbed my phone and DROVE to the Independence location. With the phone still on hold and on speaker, I told the receptionists the story while continuing to listen to the loop. They were embarrassed to say the least. They looked up my account and agreed I should not have received a bill. So they took copies of my information and faxed it to billing office for correction. My total exasperation is over their billing office NOT returning phone calls, nor ANSWERING their damn phones. This type of corporate oversight is unacceptable in todayu2019s business environment, and reason I would NOT recommend this company for medical needs.
