Visited for lasting COVID symptoms. I was greeted by very friendly staff. PA Gibson very professional; asked questions and determined my needs. What impressed me most was all the staff wore masks and as I was being discharged the waiting room was being sanitized! Thank goodness that this urgent care team is caring and helpful when you need them!

I care for an 84 year old dementia patient. She is very particular about who cares for her. I wasn't sure if she would respond well to the PA at the clinic and the staff. She fell in love with them. Because of the kindness and care they provided. They were patient and attentive to her. And Cinderella Wilkins especially made her feel special. Listening to her and responding to her needs. She complained her leg felt like it was giving out. And Cinderella supplied her with a solution that satisfied her. Great job staff. She will not go anywhere else for care.

Everything was fine until the PA Cinderella diagnosis my kid with several of the wrong things. I got a second opinion the next day, u00a0and there was no other symptoms shown that was stated to be seen the day before smh My kid was happy the following day and still no symptoms this next week. Im so glad I didnu2019t get the prescription she prescribed and didnu2019t believe what she said! Iu2019ll never come back for treatment. NEVER AGAIN

Very attentive staff. I didn't have a long wait at all. Prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy before I even left. I would recommend them for your Urgent Care needs!
