I absolutely love this urgent care! The staff is always friendly and professional, but Melissa truly stands out. Iu2019ve been coming here for years, and every time I visit, I always hope to see her. She is incredibly caring, patient, and knowledgeable. My parents and siblings also appreciate her kindness and professionalism.. She takes her time to make sure everything is done right, and it never feels rushed. Plus, the wait times here are very reasonable. Highly recommend this place, especially if youu2019re lucky enough to be treated by Melissa!!!!!

I scheduled online for 9pm. I arrived early. Front desk were nonchalant with minimal greeting. Just a u201care you being seen, ok! Fill out the clipboard then bring it back up once you completed itu201d a more proper greeting shouldu2019ve been given Hi, did you schedule ahead online or just walking in. Okay no problem our staff will be with you shortly. The wait time was 10-15 minutes which was not a problem considering I scheduled for 9pm and arrived at 8. When I was called back the young lady gave no introduction to who she was just straight to triage and never verified my full name or dob. Which to me is very important information. The room which she told me to go to room u201c4u201d did not look as if it was properly sanitized and the cleanliness of the room was trifling. As a Medical Assistant/nurse/emt you shouldn't want your patient to walk into a dirty room. However the doctor gave an introduction that he was the doctor. No name given. I do get it may have been a long day but introductions goes a long. However the doctor did resolve what I was coming in for and did seem very knowledgeable. So I was satisfied with the end results. Thatu2019s all that matters. Might give this clinic another try for future occurrences

Me, my husband and children have been to this urgent care many times in the last several years. They are very nice, knowledgeable and they actually seem to care. There's a female doctor that is AWESOME with my kids. And an Indian doctor who was very kind and had knowledge of holistic healing and herbal remedies. He didn't give me a weird look for being more of a holistic style Momma bear. Every doctor I've seen here is kind, caring and thorough. The front desk girls can sometimes be a little less than friendly but they've never been rude. It's always pretty quick too. Sometimes fasterb than our regular doctor. Overall, this is the best urgent care I've ever been to in my 20 years of parenting. And I've been to quite a few. I don't go anywhere else anymore.

Best Dr ever been going here for years. It's clean the staff is amazing the front desk girls are so nice and always so incredibly nice ! All the staff are amazing I recommend this place if u need good care by Drs and staff that really care about you and your well being !! As for the post made on 3/3/25. That is the absolute most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. Dr soni is and has been my primary Dr for years and also my children's. And he has always given the upmost best medical care .
