Very poor service, would not recommend this facility. With all the good reviews I find that very ironic. I made an appointment and it had a 30 day wait for it. I waited the 30 days and was told not to be late but be there by 2;15 that day. I arrived at 2;15 for my 2;30 appt.nchecked in and sat down. At 3;30 I checked with the tattooed receptionist and she replied that they were very busy and did not know when I could be seen. She never offered another appt. or any other info.nMy impression of my experience is that they do not care about their customers. My perception of this establishment is as follows. A cheap shoe store with no management at all.nconsumers, please be aware and shop other similar businesses.

I love this place... the staff are very kind and caring... very clean... the technician was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable.. when my brace came in it fit perfectly I have never had to have an adjustment... I would like to thank all of the staff for doing amazing job.

I've been left BKA since 1986. Had prosthetics built by other places and none compare. Been with Ozark Prosthetics since 2006. They are the best by far. Always the newest tech & procedures applied for best fit possible. Always take care of any issues I experienced in very timely manner. Love this place and people that provide excellent service.
