From the moment we first called ABC Pediatric to verify they were open and to when we exited their clinic with a sound diagnosis and treatment for our daughter, our family felt welcomed, heard, and cared for. Dr. Chung and his staff are phenomenal, and did a stellar job keeping things informative but also fun for our teen, to the point where she asked us if Dr. Chung could become her regular pediatrician. First of all, very happy to have a pediatric urgent care in Brambleton with amazing hours. They are open every day of the week, late into the night. The atmosphere is great, very kid friendly right from the front desk staff to the nurses.nMy kid gets very worked up at doctor offices. The staff was very helpful and patient in trying to help her get comfortable.nDr Chung was amazing. Great bedside manners and very approachable. He took his time to explain the problem, how the medication will help and long term prevention care. Since my kid was crying at the top of their lungs, he said I could call him back if I had any questions or needed any more clarification.nSince it was a Saturday evening and all the pharmacies around were closed, Dr Chung gave us the medicine course for the night.nI had a very positive experience as a parent and rest assured knowing that such exceptional care is right around the corner.

I took my daughter in for a sick visit, and Iu2019m so grateful we found this clinic. From the moment we walked in, the care and warmth we received were incredible. Great experience! Very qualified and pleasant staff. Years of urgent/emergent care experience for all the providers at this practice. Easily accessible location, clean facility, quick and efficient. We saw one of the nurse practitioners Charmaine there who was super friendly and well trained and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using for my future pediatric urgent care needs and will refer friends as well!

I heard about this practice from one of the local facebook groups Iu2019m in. We normally go to Night Watch but decided to try this practice. We had a very good experience. Front desk staff was friendly, Nurse Victoria was very helpful, and Dr. Chung was wonderful. He was great interacting with my son and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this urgent care center for your childrenu2019s needs. He even knew our pediatrician which was a nice coincidence.
