Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. My wife booked an appointment on their website for a medical exam. We arrived at the office 10 minutes before our appointment. The receptionist took our name and advised that the doctor is unable to see us. The reason she gave us is that by booking an appointment online, we were simply requesting an appointment, not making an appointment, which makes no sense. The receptionist advised that she called the day before with additional questions for my wife, which she did, however at no point did she mention that the appointment was contingent upon answering these additional questions, as my wife was unable to take the call, and by the time she noticed that she missed the call, it was too late to call back. We have the voicemail saved. The receptionist is rude, and uncaring, she turned away a potential patient and new business. The receptionist is not a good representative for the business. The doctor should be cautious of who she has as the face of the business. The website where my wife booked the appointment did not specify that the booking was merely a request. My wife u201cbookedu201d an appointment, anywhere else that means you have an appointment. Itu2019s extremely unprofessional for a business. We drove 40 minutes to get to the office. I took off of work to accompany my wife. If this is the initial impression a business gives then maybe it is better that we didnu2019t utilize their services, probably saved us additional stress. They canu2019t even get their appointments straight, how embarrassing for them. A number or other reviews reflect the same experience.Update after business responded:Not only are they terribly unorganized and unprofessional, they are willing to lie in their response. When we arrived for our appointment, the girl at the front desk told us that we didnu2019t have an appointment only a request for an appointment, which again, makes no sense. Then she did say she would try and accommodate us, checked her computer, and told us that the doctor would not be able to see us that day. At that point me and my wife walked out of the office. Her attempt at accommodating was looking at her computer screen for 10 seconds and telling us we wouldnu2019t be seen that day despite booking an appointment on their website.

**DO NOT COME TO THIS MEDICAL CENTER.**I made an appointment for an immigration examination with Dr. Rozenblat, only to arrive and be told by the passive-aggressive receptionist that she had called me two days prior and, because I didnu2019t pick up, she did not approve my appointment. When we confronted her about this absurd policy, she claimed it was because she needed to ask me a couple of questions, and since I didnu2019t answer, I never got an appointment set.She then tried to justify this by saying the website only shows u201cappointment request.u201d However, as clearly seen in the pictures, it says BOOK APPOINTMENT nothing about a u201crequest.u201d And on top of that, her call NEVER mentioned that failing to answer would result in not getting an appointment. This is completely unacceptable. If these so-called u201crulesu201d exist, the bare minimum would be to clearly state them on the website and communicate them during calls. You cannot expect patients to magically know this information and then cancel appointments without any proper notification.I drove 45 minutes just to be denied an appointment and spoken to rudely. I have never had to be u201capprovedu201d to see a doctoru2014this place just acts special for no reason, and it is SO unnecessary. Get rid of your rude receptionist, do better, or donu2019t call yourself a medical center.UPDATE:It is absolutely outrageous that instead of apologizing and taking accountability, this medical center has chosen to respond with blatant lies. Claiming that they accommodated us is completely false. The receptionist did nothing of the sortu2014staring at a computer for two seconds does not count as accommodating anyone. She did not offer any other dates or times for a future appointment, which would have actually been an attempt at accommodation.It is incredible that a medical center would rather waste time crafting dishonest replies instead of making an effort to improve their service. So much for feeling safe and comfortable in a place that is supposed to prioritize patient care. This level of dishonesty is absurd and completely untrustworthy.

Staff are very nice the Dr take her time listening to your concerns i drove 45 minutes to get to her office i donu2019t mind at all cause i know i will receive the great services that i need i highly recommend her.
