I needed to schedule a sports physical for my son. I was able to get a same day appointment online. I was working until six, so it was very convenient that we were able to get an appointment at 645 pm. We got there, checked in, and were called to the back within 5 minutes. The staff was courteous, the room was clean, and we were out of there in no time. The price was as posted and very affordable.

The initial experience was good, but while getting my blood drawn the nurse banded my arm until it was purple, while it dug into march half of an inch. She then repositioned the needle three times, slowly pushing it further into my arm until I felt it on my muscle; I almost passed out, but paid down instead. The military drew blood better.

I took my grandson to get checked out he was not feeling well. I got an appointment that fit my schedule. We got there and the wait was less than 5 minutes. When we got back to the exam room the nurse took his vitals and the Dr came in minutes after she went out. His appointment was at 1pm and we were in the car by 1:20. The waiting room was clean and smelled good the exam room was very clean and all of the staff that we encountered were very friendly. Great experience overall.

Waited 2 hours and NOT A SINGLE PERSON checked on us. We hade a scheduled appointment. We were put in a room after 30 min in the lobby and after a hour and a half I went to the nurses station where she informed me we were next and that they were busy. Then let somebody know!! I waited another 30 before leaving. There were people that came in after that were seen and left. I will never come back nor recommend them. I could not be more disappointed as the reviews were 4.7..

EXCELLENT PEOPLE from the moment i walked in until i was out the door. Easy process to make an appointment, very polite and professional at check in- the practitioner was knowledgeable and easy to be around. i was given the care i needed and left feeling peaceful and cared for. the medication prescribed was easy to get at my local pharmacy!! Best Experience iu2019ve ever had with any medical facility! i already feel better!!! Much Appreciated!!
