Horrible office, rude, disorganized and disrespectful. I helped my family member get a new doctor because they couldnu2019t get refills or get their medical records. Was also being over medicated in my opinion. New doctor now, less meds feeling so much better. Dr Alvarez wonu2019t send referrals out he wants all the income staying in his office. Would not take my dog here.

Just recently took my parents to their first appointment. The doctor was nice, BUT the staff completely ruined this experience for my elderly parents. The nurse made my dad who is in a wheelchair (due to a stroke/broken hip) was made to move from his wheelchair onto a seat in order to draw blood. My father had an extremely hard time moving. The staff is not accommodating, and seem to be in a ill mood. Making their patients comfortable and safe is not a priority. We also called in order to check on a referral, and my mother was hung up on in the middle of a sentence trying to explain the situation. We thought it was a mistake, but it happened a second time, and my mother was cut off with no explanation. Not sure how this office is run, but the staff need training. I'm not sure why staff would treat patients this way. I witnessed several patients just trying to ask simple questions, and the front desk secretary always answered them with a bad attitude. We immediately switched to a new provider. The doctor was nice, but the employees seem to be so over worked that they don't even enjoy helping others. Please do something about this so that other patients get the great experience they deserve.

If you value your health and time do not go here. Is sad to see older Hispanic people waiting for their appointment. My wait time was over 2 hours for a regular physical. The person that assisted was not even a doctor. She gave me the lab results and told me I was healthy, without further information.

If a zero was possible I would give it. 3 horrible visits. First new patient visit Dr. was over booked saw the PA as a new patient an hour after my appointment time. Next visit nearly 2 hour wait I requested my records, before seeing the doctor. The doctor was very apologetic about wait and assured me for my biopsy there would be no wait time. Biopsy day today they messed up my appointment than told me Iu2019d be seen sometime today to sit and wait. They could not tell me one hour two hour etc.. I waited over a week for this biopsy when I could have been seen by another doctor in the meantime waiting on this incompetent office.

Had a new patient appointment here a couple of weeks ago. My appointment time was for 9:45 and I didn't get in to see him until 2:30! Then I waited in the room for another 45 minutes only for him to be very dismissive towards me. When I had asked about referrals to a cardiologist (I have a defib that is monitored) and a rhumatologist for my autoimmune disorders he said he wanted blood work and wanted to see the results and then he would think about the referrals. When you have multiple autoimmune disorders and heart failure that needs monitored with medications and possible issues with either your health or said implanted device, you give a referral! Yes I know that internal medicine they tend to specialize, but in both, unlikely. Plus 5 hours after waiting to be told this! Ridiculous! I'm going back to my other doctor who at least made me all the referrals I needed and an extra one.
