10/10 services. The past week I visited Sunshine Urgent Care 3 times in tremendous pain. Edith, Sara, Kaykay, and Angie were so nice and professional, great staff. Along with Dr Karim who was very attentive and caring towards his patients, I was able to heal faster under his care and guidance. I truly appreciated my experience with them all.

I have gone to other urgent cares, CVS minute clinics. Even though all of them were nice and professional they didnu2019t resolve my bronchitis issue.. They didnu2019t listen. I get bronchitis all the time and know what I need. Sunshine Urgent did listen and were concerned my bronchitis hadnu2019t lessened after 3 weeks.nDr Helen was very friendly, and professional, explained what she was doing. I felt like I was a good hands and my bronchitis would be better..nnAs for reception, they were great.. They were professional and friendly as well.. They got me back in 15 minutes.nnNurse was great. She had a wonderful sense of humor while maintaining her professionalism. She seemed concerned about my issue and got the Dr In to see me as soon as possible. Once the Dr decided I needed 2 shots the nurse came back and gave the shots and I barely felt a thing.nnAll in all- the appt was less than a hour. I will go back if ever in need. Thank you for the wonderful service and I feel much better

Came here for a DOT physical. Even though the waiting room was full, they got me in and out in less than an hour. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The facility was clean and well kept. And, this was the cheapest Iu2019ve ever seen for a DOT physical. Highly recommended.

Super frustrating place. I really only needed a physical for school and they made it harder than it needed to be. I got all vaccines, tb testing, bloodwork everything for school. I just needed a doctor to see me and make sure Iu2019m physically and mentally well to continue school. They just wouldnu2019t sign off on a physical because I didnu2019t get all the stuff done there ? Why? For more money? I wasted time filling out a bunch of paperwork and showing proof of everything just for the doctor to say they would not sign off of on a physical because they did not administer the vaccines. lol I ended up going to Advent Urgent care and they saw me just fine. Didnu2019t even need to see proof of vaccines or anything. Just write down my vitals and go. Ugh. Iu2019m sure they are helpful in other aspects but if you need a school physical, Iu2019d save money and go to CVS, Walgreens that is covered by insurance. Then go to your primary care or Advent health if you urgently need a physical.
