I have been to this urgent care facility for COVID in July 2024 and sinusitis in 2025. Both times the front office and staff have been great. I was seen in a timely manner. The nurses were friendly and not rushed. Both times Dr Patel was my attending physician and he was outstanding in listening to my problems and giving detailed explanations. I served in the Army medical corps and commanded hospitals in the Georgia Air National Guard and I found this Urgent Care location to be excellent.

The physical their told me I had a blood clots in my lungs. She sent me to ER for CT scan and another chest xray. She stated I'm not diagnosis this but it might be this. This was very unprofessional especially since enough test were not done to determine that. It cost me over $550. It was North Georgia Physician Urgent care. I will never go there again.

The service was great at front desk! We joined the waiting list online, we were sent in about 5 minutes. Doctor was great,LPN was great. The reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 is because they said they would call with results before closing. My chart doesnu2019t work, I didnu2019t get a code. So I donu2019t know my test results till I can call tomorrow.nMy family has been here many times and had great service every time. This is my preferred urgent care

Amazing experience!! I was hesitant because of the reviews, but this visit was much better than my PCP visits. I scheduled an appt online and was seen a hour later with no wait. The hospital is extremely clean, well kept and everyone was so polite and accommodating. The PA listened to my concern and thoroughly explained the treatment. I actually had two issues and both were solved same day. I was concerned that the cost would be outrageous for the level of service I received, but it was the lowest in the area and I was able to have a portion billed to me!! Hands down the best Urgent-care Iu2019ve ever been to!!

The doctors themself were amazing. The front desk however was so unbelievably rude. I came in and she didnu2019t even ask me what was wrong. I wrote on the sticker I was having an allergic reaction. There were no other patients in the place and she didnu2019t admit me as soon as she could. The first thing she asks me is how am I going to pay and went on for around 5 minutes discussing it until I finally cut her off and said my throat is about to close can we worry about paying it after. All they care about is money. Never going here again.
