The provider was wonderful, no complaints. However, after making an appointment, waiting in the waiting room and then in the exam room only to talk to an iPad for a telehealth visit which I could have does at home did not impress me in the slightest. Huge waste of time unnecessarily. In addition, I was told my prescriptions would be called in and I could get them in a half hour. I went over an hour later and they said nothing was sent over. The office is now closed and I have to follow up tomorrow which means my treatment is delayed.

My visit was underwhelming to say the least. The medical care was fine, but the woman at the front desk ended up misleading me. Upon leaving my appointment, I was asked to schedule a follow up meeting, which I declined to do so. I told the woman at the front desk that I would reach out if I needed to follow up meeting. Four days later, I received an email saying that my follow up meeting was scheduled. I called the office and left a message to cancel the meeting and figure out why I was scheduled for a meeting that I did not agree to and did not get a call back. 12 hours later I called again only to leave a second message. I find it troubling that a medical provider would schedule a meeting that I did not agree to and would like an explanation. I have still not had my call returned and find this to be indicative of the general management of this location. I understand it is hard to fill a schedule, but It makes me uncomfortable that my information was used for a fraudulent appointment. I would fully understand if this was a miscommunication, but it is hard for me to give them the benefit of the doubt when they refuse to return my call after using my information without my consent.

The PA who evaluated me was very thorough, empathetic and Took great care of me. I have no complaints whatsoever and I wish she was my PCP!! Most doctors these days just go over the bare minimum she went above and beyond, and I really appreciated it.

I was thoroughly impressed by the service at this urgent care. Having visited many other urgent care facilities in the past, this one stands out by far. The front desk staff were not only kind but also efficient, checking me in promptly. The doctor was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The clinic itself was well-organized and impeccably maintained. I would recommend this location any day without hesitation.
