I have stayed here twice and itu2019s AMAZING. nurses are very kind, same with all staff. I have never met even one person that wasnu2019t polite. They have many things for kids to do during their stay. There is a awesome activity center for crafts, toys, and more. Child life workers are the best and always makes sure you are satisfied. (especially madison). Everything is always clean. Amazing food, decent prices. This hospital is truly awesome.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Where do I even begin? My experience at Johns Hopkins All Childrenu2019s Hospital was nothing short of a complete disaster. I went in expecting world-class care and left with nothing but frustration, exhaustion, and deep disappointment.nnFrom the moment we stepped in, the staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. Nurses barely made eye contact, let alone offered any kind of empathy or support. We were treated like an inconvenience, not like a family in distress. Communication? Nonexistent. We were constantly left in the dark about what was going on, passed around from doctor to doctor like a hot potato, with no clear answers or plan of action.nnThe wait times were outrageous. Not just in the ERu2014which, fine, we get it, emergencies happenu2014but even during scheduled appointments. Hours in cold, uncomfortable rooms with a scared child and zero updates. It felt like nobody actually cared that a real human being was suffering.nnCleanliness? Questionable. One of the rooms we were in had trash from the previous patient still in the bin. Hand sanitizer dispensers were empty. It didnu2019t feel like a hospitalu2014it felt like a mess.nnAnd donu2019t even get me started on billing. We were charged for services we didnu2019t even receive. When we tried to get it corrected, it was like trying to solve a Rubiku2019s Cube blindfolded. Every call was rerouted, every question dodged.nnI expected compassion, competence, and care. What we got was negligence wrapped in bureaucracy with a side of indifference. I wouldnu2019t wish this experience on my worst enemy.nnIf you're looking for quality pediatric care in Floridau2014look elsewhere. Anywhere else.

Wonderful, caring staff! Everyone, and I mean everyone from the valet to the doctors to the receptionists to the amazing nurses, have always shown so much kindness and understanding to my daughter and me. They go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome during our frequent visits. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing, but the people are the ones who make all the difference. ud83eude77

From the time my husband and I arrived at triage to holding our newborn baby on my chest, about an hour and a half elapsed. That in mind, things progressed rather quickly for us and at times, it was a challenge to stay present. Luckily, that wasnu2019t too much of an issue because of how u201con top of itu201d the staff at Baby Place was from start to finish. The triage nurses were efficient and encouraging, the labor and delivery nurses were so kind, professional and supportive and made sure I was able to fulfill my birth plan in its entirety. The mom baby nurses were attentive and engaging and took really good care of us and our baby. The lactation consultants were also so insightful and provided me with so many helpful tips to ensure that my goal of breastfeeding exclusively will be possible and so far, my breastfeeding experience has been awesome. We are home now and I feel nothing but satisfaction and appreciation when I reflect on my birth experience. If / when we decide to have a second child, there is no doubt in my mind that we will choose Baby Place again.

It was okay.nI hope I donu2019t get an exorbitant bill in the mail now. Thatu2019s my experience with any type of healthcare procedure. I often avoid getting tests done because of that.nnAnd too many requests for doing this survey. Geez.nnBut the staff was good. However, Donu2019t love that you have to pay for meter parking.nQuick results in my chart was good.
