I came in early 2023 for a visit and gave them my insurance and paid my copay. Over a year later I get sent a bill as if my insurance was never charged. For several months they contacted me multiple times for a bill that shouldu2019ve been taken care of by my insurance and then magically 2 weeks ago they managed to correct my insurance information and the claim went throughu2026..when they could have done this months back. If I had paid that bill they couldu2019ve also charged my insurance hence getting double paid. Very disorganized and sketchyu2026.nDoctor was nice so thatu2019s why Iu2019m giving this place 2 stars

Well trained professionals who charge a fair amount for a job well done. When giving covid tests, they actually perform it correctly and get inside the nostrils instead of just grazing it. I'm more than happy to continue coming here, over CityMD ANYDAY of the week. Great job and your staff is wonderful!

Worse workers ever the front desk very rude very unprofessional ud83dudc4eud83cudffc I went here sick with temperature the one lady who was in front desk said that my insurance card not active I back home and found another card sent them and call her if she can check my insurance card if it's active she said we can't provide it over the phone I have to back to them to just check if my card active or not?! I asked for a supervisor she said I'm a supervisor then I ask for her name she said I don't have to say my name to you and hang up 02/11/25 around 8:30pm
