They can do X-rays here and the provider Souzan and the rest of the staff were extremely caring. I didnu2019t wait at all. The Rooms were very clean. I Would definitely come here again if I need urgent care. They also accept Tricare reserve insurance.

I would have to say that this is my favorite Urgent Care center in the state. Since my first visit with them, I have not gone to any others. The most impressive thing is that it is always clean and feels sanitary. The staff is tremendous, kind, friendly and caring. The doctor is amazing! She has the best bedside manner, listens, offers suggestions but not pushy, and genuinely concerned. If you haven't tried them, I highly recommend you do next time you need an Urgent Care facility.

The Staff there was absolutely amazing. They were all very nice, very helpful and I was in and out pretty quickly. I didn't feel like I was just a number with them and felt like I was heard by the Dr.nI would definitely recommend anyone looking for a urgent care to go to Get Well Urgent Care of Waterford. I was in with my daughter. We were in and out the door in 45 minutes. The doctor was very knowledgeable and so kind. The nurse and the administrators were all also super sweet. My daughter is already almost back to normal after 24 hours. If we ever have another issue I will absolutely be going back.

My experience here was amazing! Everyone was very kind, helpful and friendly. I felt so welcomed!! Actually received a call back to check on my progress. It's the first time I ever had a physician check on my progress!nI saw Souzan, she was phenomenal!! If she was a Primary Care Physician, I would definitely switch for her care!! This is the only Urgent Care I will use now. Best services ever! Highly recommended!
