I give this place a 3 star just because I was a patient here before and this place has some great employees. However, my daughter was referred by her doctor to receive physical therapy to gain strength on her hand. I chose to come here because I had a great experience but unfortunately this was not the same experience when I try to schedule an appointment for my daughter. For some reason it was very hard to get someone to answer the phone, which for me was strange. So I gave it a few trys until the finally got back to me. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment. When the day was getting closer, I got a call that the person that was supposed to see my daughter was not going to be in so they rescheduled. I went ahead with the change, a few days later I got another call to reschedule my daughter's appointment, same issue, again I gave them another try in which the appointment was moved to the end of the month. Once again when the day was getting closer I called the office a few times, to verify the time of my daughter's appointment and no one answered. I left voicemail but never got a call back. The day of my daughter's appointment came and I received a text that her appointment was going to start soon and I was shocked because no one ever got back to me or even a courtesy text to remind me of her appointment. I called them finally someone answered and when I told the person the issue, all she said was, Well right now we have nothing available and we are sending people to our Mahwah location. Like, I already waited a whole month for my daughter to be seen, my daughter needed to start her therapy soon and now I was sent to another location which is not close to home and now I possibly have to wait another month? No, thank you! This was very unpleasant and I did not expect that at all. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

I went to Valley Health Outpatient Rehabilitation in Ridgewood after undergoing a complicated Total Knee Replacement.My physical therapist was simply outstanding. She tailored a rehab plan for me and then guided me through it at a steady, comfortable pace. In no time, my new knee was well on its way to a full recovery.Everyone at Valley was excellent. From the front desk staff to the rehab aides and therapists, it was clear that they all had your best interest in mind.I will definitely be going back there in six months after I have my other knee replaced.John Graham

I've started Speech Therapy at the Valley outpatient facility on Goffle Road. The front desk staff are very warm and helpful.Speech therapy staff are wonderful. Thorough and knowledgeable through the who session! So happy I picked this facility!

Tracey, the lymphedema specialist OT, is so great. She's excellent at what she does and also very pleasant. The office is run so efficiently with super friendly people on the phone and in person.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I was referred to this office after my postpartum visit with the OB. I was in terrible wrist pain from handling my new baby and I needed some help. Catalina and Maria at the front helped me get insurance clearance and set me up with an evaluation. Karli did my evaluation and diagnosed me with mommy thumb. Over the next few months we met twice a week. Karli helped me learn exercises, do stretches, and taught me best practices to strengthen this area for a speedy recovery. I am happy to say I am feeling much better and I owe it all to Karli and this office! Going to these appointments while on maternity leave forced me to get out of the house and socialize with all the kind therapists there (shout out to Jamie and Devan also) and all of the interesting patients that also attend. A huge thank you to everyone who makes their operation flow so seamlessly. From the bottom of my heart thank you for all you do! I will refer friends and family to this office in a heartbeat! :)
