I had this medical supply company back in 2010, and they were good then, so I requested them at the hospital last month when we needed constant home oxygen for my 91 year old mother, NOT KNOWING they had a NEW OWNER, and this company is a joke now. I will NEVER trust getting any medical supplies with this company again. They just dropped the first oxygen tank off for her at the hospital, not explaining how it worked. Then they delivered the continuous air concentrator after 9:30pm that night, but never gave her any smaller tanks so my Mom could have oxygen to get to the doctors, The delivery guy said they didn't have any on the truck, and never brought any on the next day. (??) I had to call and request it. I called for a new long oxygen tube on Feb.1st., and we still haven't received it and it's the 12th. Very poor service for such an important need. Would NEVER recommend!!

Delivery guy very rude, made inappropriate comments, and asked inappropriate questions that had nothing to do with his job. Didn't even bring the right tanks that were requested. Totally unprofessional.

this outfit is a scam...they send bills with no detail indicating they are past due 120 days...should report them to BBB
