I had a wonderful experience at AFC Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. I made an appointment online and was called up a couple minutes after the appointed time. That was fast and the check-in process was easy since I filled everything out ahead of time. The PA was understanding and helpful so I would recommend this place. Especially for the convenience of having blood drawn or xrays done all in one location. I would come back here for any other urgent issues.

First time visiting, the office is clean with a nice lobby area. As a walk-in on a Monday, my wait was short (less than 20mins) and most of that time was used to complete the paperwork (sent via link to my phone). Everyone was professional, personable, and efficient from front desk (Sanchez) to supervisor (Atai). I needed a minor treatment that was performed with care and a thorough explanation by Tsai. I also appreciated that as a first time visitor they let me know their team also includes someone on the radiology side (Lopez). I will return for any future urgent care needs and recommend to others.

The doctors here were truly excellent, professional, kind, and attentive. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the receptionist. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and actually hung up on us mid-conversation. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. First impressions matter, and the front desk sets the tone. I hope management addresses this, because the medical team deserves better representation.nnHonestly, if it hadnu2019t been an emergency, we would have gone somewhere else after that phone call.
