Please listen to the one star reviews and don't go here like I did.nnThe receptionist was great unfortunately this is a doctor's office and the doctors are absolutely terrible. Went in with severe vertigo and all they did was take my blood pressure and told me to eat and drink more, which I explained I already have. Did not check my ears or my eyes. Went to an urgent care and they immediately identified my issue as vertigo because of congestion in my ear. Disgrace they are even allowed to call themselves doctor's.

Dawnette Urcoyo told me to get a therapist and was extremely rude. After suffering for 2.5 years I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease after 1 visit at Middletown Medical. I still wonder why doctors choose their careers if they're incapable of feeling empathy. Go to Middletown Medical

Wouldnu2019t send my Dog here !!! Was seen by Resident Shilpa Matthewu2019s she was very nice but had lack of knowledge to most things which is expected for a resident however Dawnette Urcuyo the physician I was scheduled for to become my primary only had met with me for 4 mins (actually timed on watch) and tried to change the whole course of my meds and health plan that was finally working for me after 15 years of finding the right regimen!!!! I DONT TRUST HER MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE OR TO BE ANYONES PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR SHE LOST ALL THAT ON 1st visit. This place is a joke

Iu2019ve been having unbelievable trouble getting my blood pressure medication. I have no transportation. The doctor Sigva said he would give me 30 , basically to get my car fixed. He didnu2019t offer the 1000 itu2019s going to cost. That doesnu2019t seem to matter. Anyway, went to get meds and only one was sent. Called again, only7 days sent saying I had to come there in a week. Well, if I drop dead send the flowers to my son, and look my husband in the eye and explain why you couldnu2019t get one script right

The most horrible experience I've ever had with a doctor. Never met him before today was rude disrespectful and treating the exam like an interrogation and i was criminal not a patient. This old doctor is the reason why people would rather die than see a doctor ever again.
