I hardly leave reviews, but Kristin truly is a life saver. I feel heard, seen and understood. I have finally found my person that I can connect with and be completely honest with. I feel safe in her care. I'm totally loving the outcomes we're headed/working towards. Also as always the staff is super friendly when I visit them. The app is super beneficial to patients as well, it's the best way for them to communicate back to me with any questions I may have.

Iu2019ve had good experiences in the past and the staff is generally nice but no one seems to understand people that struggle with urine tests. First of all, we need to make it accessible for female anatomy. Second of all, I understand the time limit, that other patients need the bathroom, and even why other testing methods arenu2019t offered. But with staff talking outside the door, sighing, other patients talking outside the door, people opening the sample door, etc, itu2019s nearly impossible for someone who already has a shy bladder to give a sample. As a mental health provider, you really need to consider these kinds of things.

I was seen on 01/27. I was told I have to have a urine test if I wanted to be seen. They explicitly told me 3 times that I would not be billed for more than $10 and I said if Iu2019d be billed for more I didnu2019t want to be seen otherwise because I knew my insurance would not pay. Well now I am receiving a bill from quest with my name spelled incorrectly for $137!! I tried calling twice and left a message and never received a response. I went into the office today and they basically said u201csorry nothing we can dou201d said the $10 charge is from their office and they have no control over what quest charges. The billing manager refused to even come speak to me. I told them this is absolutely horrible treatment of their patients to promise such a small charge and then have them receive a bill for so much. They seemed to not care what so ever.

Please please donu2019t go here. I moved away and they refuse to release my information unless i come back to the state to sign release forms. They make it impossible I live 10 hours away. They are impossible to get ahold of. I finally got them to send a refill to my pharmacy. The pharmacy called me saying there was a problem and they tried contacting them several times and they hung up on the pharmacy. They asked me if I could try to get ahold of them. Ofc not itu2019s impossible. I canu2019t get a new doctor because they all want my history with this place. Iu2019ve been trying for over a year now. I have no medications at this point.

Very poor experience here and I'd recommend avoiding this practice.Communication is poor. They have an offshore answering service and getting a hold of an actual person in the office is next to impossible. They have an office policy around cannabis use. I'm very upfront with my usage and let them know this. They then asked me to take a drug test that I was charged for. I again let them know I'd pop positive for cannabis and they said that wasn't an issue. Its fully legal in my state and I'd be happy to get a med card if needed. When it was time to move my controlled scripts over from my doctor they let me know about their policy and the fact that they couldn't refill or consult on my controlled meds and that I'd need to go back to my GP.I let them know every single visit that since they had no consolers I was interested in seeing the only role they could fill for me was prescription evaluation. I had never seen a physiatrist before and I was interested in their opinion on my meds.So after I dealt with the call service to figure some of this out I then switched over to the client app. I explained all of this to whoever was on the other end and they finally stopped responding. The whole experience felt like my NP wasn't listening to what I was saying/asking and that I was there to be billed. As I type this I'm still getting email and text reminders for a visit I cancelled today. I'd give a negative review if possible and this was a waste of time, money, and energy.
