Went in for urgent care and had them confirm if it was in network with my insurance. I was told yes and paid a copay, then was billed for 3 times as much as they actually weren't in network. When I disputed the charge, they just sent it to collections. After my visit I still had to visit Trinity the same day to have an ultrasound which they were unable to offer at the time of visit. Don't waste your time here and find a better provider.

Dr. Alabuni here is amazing as well as his nurse. Very friendly and professional. I feel Dr. Alabuni listens to me when I express a concern and is immediately making a plan for my treatment, or to verify the issue expressed.nAlso I've never felt rushed out of a room here, they are efficient but not pushy. Its like a breathe of fresh air vs. some other offices I've visited prior to finding this office and doctor.

This clinic's staff does a great job, but beware of Genesis's deceptive billing practices. Over the last several years, I've been charged hundreds for annual physical appointments required (and fully covered) by insurance. The clinic staff sympathize with the issue, but the billing department does nothing to remedy the ongoing situation. As patients, we're forced to pay their unwarranted charges or risk damage to our credit scores.

Doctor smith was amazing, listened to all of my concerns and really cared about my health.nI had to get my blood drawn and Iu2019m absolutely terrified of it and Thao and Rachel were so kind and distracted me. Barely felt a thing! Was the best experience I have ever had getting labs done.

Dr. Hagemann is awesome. Have been a patient for years.nThe billing office is worse than awful. They are going to tell you how it's going to be and not let you answer any questions. They are rude, and beyond uncaring. Just like the rest of the Genesis organization, their job is to use their grubby little paws to claw as much cash as they can out of you and your insurance. Every year there are multiple coding errors (always to their favor). This year, they adjusted a bunch of codes from 2021 (16 months later) that triggered a whole new round of billing. I can only imagine that it's going to get worse with the sale of Genesis to an even larger, grubbier, conglomerate. Their monopolistic practices should be against the law.
