Literally not helpful one bit. Ive asked them to take a look at my lab culture after its been resulted. Knowing that the results are there they still told me that they wouldn't change the medication where the one the original prescribed does not treat one of the two bacteria. They do not listen to the patients at all.nnUpdate: just got my bill from them, they added on 5 additional tests from the original culture... now I have a 500$ balance!? Avoiddd!!!!u00b0u00b0u00b0u00b0

Terrible! If I could give zero star, I would.nAfter waiting in the room for 40 minutes, the PA finally walked in and spent no more than 30 seconds with me. Extremely unprofessional! When I asked why the wait was so long, the receptionist flat-out lied to my face, claiming there were other patientsu2014even though all the other rooms were clearly empty. No one came in to acknowledge or apologize for the wait.

FYI they also own Centenial Medical Group review goes for both. The receptionist is very rude. They donu2019t actually send you invoices they expect you to use their portal to figure out what you owe (per their billing department). After not invoicing you they will send you to collections for a balance you had no idea you even owed. They also are have incompetent PAu2019s. Misdiagnosed an infection so I brought my daughter to a real doctor the same day and they diagnosed the infection. I contacted First Call to advise they misdiagnosed and they refused to refund my $100 copay. Their billing office also refused to issue a refund. FYI their covid PCR test will cost you around $380!

I have to agree with the other reviews that the doctor (nurse practitioner, I believe) is not professional. I do not recommend this place for that reason. I didn't realize that the ownership had recently changed when I went and we used this place for testing and or doctors appointments previously and loved it. I highly recommend people look at the more recent reviews and not rely on the high star ratings of the previous company as they are not relevant to the current business.

Needed emergency care for a bad cut on my heel. Each and every person I dealt with (front desk, med tech and doctor) was very friendly, professional and provided top notch customer service. I was really hoping I didnu2019t need stitches, however that wasnu2019t the case. Cleaning of the wound, needle to numb and stitches couldnu2019t have gone any easier. Returned 2 weeks later to get the stitches removed. Great, great, great!!
