My mom went in yesterday for a broken shoulder after a fall. She's 80 years old. The staff was kind and treated her with tenderness and dignity and respect. Our nurse actually made my mom laugh when she was hurting. She was great! We waited about 10-15 minutes to get in. I would highly recommend this UC.

Last week I went to Choiceu2019s new urgent care in Victorville as well as the Sol X Ray dept. I am so happy that I found another Choice/Sol related health facility. The care I received in the urgent care was so wonderful. There are two nurses that I would like to refer to and one name was GRICELDA, and the other is Tiffany Thomas they were the sweetest nurses that I have ever met. Absolutely concerned about my condition and what they could do to make it better. The x-ray technician was also great and very kind . The physician I had during my visit was Dr. SHAMSUNDAR RAMRATTAN he was completely thorough and wanted to make sure that I had everything I needed when I got home from the visit I received Antibiotics, steroids, and all the information I needed to get healed. My husband was in the hospital with pneumonia when I came to visit the urgent care so I was very concerned that I might have had pneumonia also. I am slowly healing, but just wanted to make sure that I acknowledged your wonderful staff and the treatment that I received during my visit. I am so excited that Sol has so many different facilities to go to. I have visited the Sol Radiology several times as well as the sports medicine several times thank you very much for coming to the high desert and bringing your best people with you. My visit today was with Dr Shahi. He is very thorough and patient concerned. I would 5 star him and refer him to others. Cal Choice Urgent Care Hesperia Rd. Staff is awsome as well.
