Had an intense sinus infection, Dr. Emma was extremely kind and understanding and I was in and out of there in 45 minutes as an out of state patient on vacation. Would definitely recommend if this area is unfamiliar but you need a reliable doctor!

I absolutely love this facility. It lives up to the urgent in Urgent Care. I never have to wait long. The doctors are quick but very attentive at the same time and are also knowledgeable. Having a personable doctor with good bedside manner is a must when you don't feel well. And the aesthetics of the facility are an added bonus. It feels very chic and welcoming when you walk inside.

I always go to this urgent care if I need to and my experience is always good. Today we had to take my son to get seen and the care was amazing, the doctor was so nice to my son and talked to him the entire time. It was great to see someone in healthcare interact with my son that way. I seriously appreciated it. My kid also got a popsicle which was 10/10 his favorite part of it all.

Went here the other day due to sinus and throat issues and nausea. I had to walk outside to throw up and the front desk lady looked at me like I had two heads. I then went back to one of the rooms and Dr. Tim didnu2019t talk to me for more than 30 seconds before telling me that everyone he had seen that day had strep and he was sure I had strep as well. His form of treatment was a steroid shot in the form of liquid that I had to drink. I of course almost immediately threw this up since I had been throwing up practically the whole time I was being seen. I come back inside and the doctor asks if I want to take it again. No, Iu2019m obviously just going to throw up again. Not once was I offered a throw up bag or another form of medicine. Throughout the day I could not keep anything down and my whole body was eventually going numb from being so dehydrated. I could barely stand up. I decided to go to a different urgent care where they actually tested me for strep and told me the test was negative. This urgent care also told me that the form of treatment I was given by the original urgent care was not the standard treatment for strep. I was given a shot to help with my nausea and could finally keep food down after 24 hours of having nothing in my system. This urgent care seemed like they did not care whatsoever and I was the only patient in there so Iu2019m not really sure what the issue was.
