We had the unfortunate privilege to meet with Dr. Tompkins today. We came to him with questions about a chronic illness and he accused us of getting too much information from YouTube. He was resistant to help, even saying at one point, u201cIu2019m not going to be able to help you with this,u201d when we were simply seeking a referral. He was impersonal and inappropriate. If you have ANY other options for a PCP, I highly encourage you to seek them out.

Dr. Tompkins tells you what he does & refuses to listen to your problems. My original Dr. retired & it took years to get my meds right. Tompkins refuses & said people abuse them. WTH? I had sinus surgery & was given lidocaine for the nasal pain. He looked it up on the net & suggested I use aspercreme...which is to be used Externally only.

These people are horrible! I have a recurring issue with my back and as a new patient I went in to see Wendy. I pulled the muscle in my back last week and I told her what my usual doctor (who is not in network with my new insurance) used to give me. Wendy proceeded to prescribe something different which is NOT working at all and I have been in constant pain for a week now! I have called the office twice to let her know this medicine is not working and I am in severe pain. She doesn't care. I was told that's what I am going to get and that's that. What kind of health care professionals do that? There is no concern for the severe pain I am in.

Dr Tomkins is very caring and thorough. He seems to care about his patients and the staff is very caring and friendly and knowledgeable.
