The doctors have been great at Eastville. The rest of the staff is absolutely abhorrent. The level of disrespect, lying/trickery (making fake appointments, changing information in my file, verbally disrespectful, the list goes on!) is disturbing. The fact that these issues have continued despite talking to people at the corporate office numerous times over the last 4 years speaks LOUDLY of the severe lack of professionalism by the management and administrators. The employees at Dollar Tree are more professional! What a disgrace! House cleaning seriously needs to begin at the top, and all the way down to those ridiculously childish and petty women who answer the phones and make appointments.

Every SINGLE time I call when my daughter needs to see her doctor there is NEVER a doctor available to see her. Her PCP or otherwise because u201csheu2019s too youngu201d! Infuriating!

Slow service at the call center! Be prepared to hold for 30 minutes+nAppointments cancelled and rescheduled without notice.
