Honestly, every visit to Pop Now has been great. Not even kidding, my 2.5 year old daughter even looks forward to going cause she knows she'll get a bounce ball. All the doctors and nurses are super friendly, we've never waited long to see a provider and it's pretty convenient for us right off the highway. Definitely recommend if your kiddo is ever in need of an urgent care / same day sick visit.

Pop now is a wonderful urgent care location for children. Booking online is super easy and the woman at the front desk is always so kind and knowledgeable! Doctors have fantastic bedside manner! Highly recommend

We had an appointment today because my son was experiencing pain while urinating. They quickly conducted a urine sample. After a brief wait, the doctor came in, asked a few questions, examined him, and informed me that the results were normal. I was confused since my son had been in pain for several days. At the end of the visit, he advised me to give my son warm baths and apply a bit of Neosporin. This didnu2019t make sense to me, as there was no redness or irritation; the pain seemed internal.nnI was surprised that he didnu2019t suggest any pain relief, like Tylenol or Motrinu2014nothing at all. He came off as very dismissive. I even returned to discuss my concerns further, but his aftercare advice still didnu2019t add up. Frustrated, I will never return to that first clinic. They dismissed my childu2019s pain, and I felt something was off about the doctoru2014Dr. Kaplan. I want others could be warned about his lack of empathy.

Kayla in the PopNow clinic is truly a saint. I had such a phenomenally positive experience with her. My one year old had RSV. I didnu2019t realize how sick he was. Turns out, we were right at the point of maybe needing to go to the ED. Kayla spent two hours with us trying different interventions and re-checking his vitals. There were popsicles and bouncy balls and so much that was done to keep him happy and content. Kaylau2019s attitude also helped keep me calm and centered. All the interventions worked and we were able to avoid the hospital, which I was so grateful for. I felt confident leaving that appointment that I knew what to look for and how to respond should things take a turn with my sonu2019s breathing. I regularly sing the praises of Potomac Pediatrics/PopNow, and THIS is always the example I use of the remarkable care that is given. I saw Kayla for the first time in about a year yesterday and she remembered us right away and I thanked her again for her help last year. There are some truly exceptional staff in this practice and Kayla is at the top of that list!

I took my daughter for a same day appointment and it was the best experience ever! Dr. Chopde was so lovely with my daughter, took his time to examine her and explain everything in detail. On top of that Chris the nurse, was also amazing! My daughter has high anxiety when it comes to needles and he was able to clam her down and super patience with her. Overall this urgent care provides a fantastic service. The staff is lovely from the min you walk in, easy online booking, fast and efficient and access to medicine instead of going to a local pharmacy! Strongly recommend this place!
