Shout out to Isadora, what a wonderful person. Her friendliness and caring was noticed from the first interactions. But in general everyone who I met and helped me one way to another, the X-ray tech, the receptionist and the NP who attended me were very professional, friendly and caring. The scheduling was easy-to-follow, online check in from the parking lot. For urgent care definitely recommend to make an appointment as much as you can. It worked well for me, and I didn't have to wait too long, maybe about 5 to 10mins top. I recommend this Urgent Care facility

This was hands down the most pleasant and stress free doctor's visit I've had. Ever. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional and prompt. As well as personable. This location is way out of the way; however, it's beyond worth the drive! This is the only urgent care I will go to from now on! Thank you all for turning unpleasant chore into a pleasant experience!

Everything about the experience was excellent. Melissa, the front counter person was attentive and fast. I did not have to wait very long. Melissa, the Medical Assistant, was polite, friendly, and quick. I'm usually anxious around medical staff. Not around her. Excellent staff... the best. Ksly (sorry if name is misspelled), the Nurse Practitioner, was thorough and gave me great advice. I was very calm around her as well. She was tolerant of my sensitivity about my teeth. I appreciate that. She was kind too.nThank you for the excellent service. Also, the other staff had positive attitudes as well. I really like this Urgent Care.

The provider I saw was truly exceptionalu2014she went above and beyond to not only treat what I thought was a migraine (which she accurately diagnosed as a tension headache), but also took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel empowered and informed.
