I'd like to share my exceptional experience at Faith Family Health. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The waiting area was comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long before being seen.nnThe practitioners are fantastic. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my condition, and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I felt heard and understood, which made a huge difference in my comfort level.nnThe entire visit was smooth and stress-free, and I left feeling confident in the care I received. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch medical attention in a friendly and supportive environment.

Mary and the staff at FFH have always looked after me! I tend to have a varity of health challenges that are met with the most care and persistence! Consider this practice like my family and home away from home. I highly recommend!

Avoid this practice at all cost! I have been a patient here for around 7 months and can honestly say this is the worst clinic I have ever been to. From very questionable inaccuracies in billing, staff member drawing back her fist to want to hit me, with the Dr standing there, to the worst part where they almost killed me! I went to the urgent care on 3/1/25 with a very serious kidney infection, severe dehydration, uti, and bloody diarrhea! And was denied any form of proper or competent care. Only after a verbal dispute did the pa finally agree to a SICKENING 3 day supply of a antibiotic! I was told to get pedialyte and go home and rest. Thanks to God for his prompting me to listen to my gut because I went to the Carillon e.r. where I discovered I was very ill with a double kidney infection high wbc and was septic! Had I took their advice, most likely I would have died from septic shock! I was transferred to Roanoke Memorial hospital where I received many doses of i.v. antibiotics and went home with a picc line and 3 weeks of continuous antibiotic to save my life. Not only this but I returned to the clinic on 3/10 where I was gaslight by the owner, met with abrasiveness and was lied to when told my medication was being called in to the pharmacy and it was never sent. I have called the clinic and also sent a medication refill request on the patient portal and I am still being ignored! Faith family health is a joke! These people are far from Christian and the owners only concern is money. This is a clear cut case of patient abandonment and malpractice! My medication is being withheld as a form of punishment for advocating for myself and refusing to accept egregious incompetent care. I will be reporting all factual information to the Wv medical board and hope these incompetent PA's will never hurt another person as they have me.

One the best decision I've made was to make Marry my primary care provider. Her and her staff are caring and professional. I feel like she really cares and takes time answer all concerns I have. Compared to my previous clinic where I felt like I was just a number, with Faith Family Health, there is no comparison.

The staff is very friendly and the prices for the weight loss program are very good. Unfortunately almost every time it's about an hour wait to actually get seen- even if you are early for your appointment. However if you are only going for the weight loss program and don't actually need to see the doctor that day the wait normally isn't as bad. I go weekly and other than the long wait times I am generally pleased with the visits.
