I highly recommend Ability Rehab in Winter Garden. Tess has been very helpful providing physical therapy exercises that have greatly improved my hip pain caused by arthritis and tendinitis. In addition, sheu2019s educated me on stretches and techniques that I can add to my fitness routine to prevent injury. The best part: Iu2019m able to resume my former workout routines without pain.
