Dr Kent is great! Always have a positive interaction when I have an appointment with him, and feel like I have made genuine progress in resolving my health issues with him as my doctor. The few times I've seen a different doctor or practitioner here or at the hospital, I tend to not have a great experience at all, so I try to stick to seeing Dr Kent as much as possible.

This place doesn't merit a one star rating. I've been trying for 2 YEARS to establish new patient status and set up an appointment to see a health care professional. Finally today (after 2 years of trying to get that done) I called them and was told that they aren't taking new patients.

Been trying for 3 weeks to get an answer as to whether they accepted my application to be a new patient. Why waste my time if you are not going to accept new patients then tell me so at the beginning. Telling me that you are and then having me waste 3 weeks waiting and not returning phone calls or putting me off when I stop by the office shows the lack of professionalism by this practice

I wish we could zero star places however here we are.My mother has been trying for 7 to 8 weeks!!! To get this establishment to do a very simple thing of sending her correct information to the insurance so she can get her DIABETES MEDICATION. At the start of this her numbers were perfect! Since then Iu2019m sure you are asking? Her numbers are poor despite her best efforts and side issues from diabetes such as restless leg and neuropathy and some other smaller issues like drowsiness and increased emotional exhaustion because of her numbers being so out of wack. My mother has spoken with a number of in office staff including the main nurse practitioner under the mentioned doctor! For her numbers to be perfect to waking up to over 200 is not okay and this doctors office doesnu2019t seem to care. Itu2019s one phone call they refuse to make despite her begging and endless unanswered phone calls.

I have been a patient of IVY Creek for over 3 years. Have had wonderful care.Had someone help me shower for a few weeks. Have had PT come to the house several times and I use the nurse for several things. Could not hope for better care.
