Making an appointment was easy. The Allen Park location had availabilities on the weekend, which was more conducive to our schedules. I was able to add all information online, so check in with the receptionist was seamless. The medical assistant was very kind, friendly and had a great bedside manner. She was genuinely interested in the sport my son was in, asking him questions, making him feel at ease. The doctor came in promptly, introduced himself, asked questions about my son and the sport he is playing in high school. Whenever the doctor was performing a check, he asked for consent and was thorough explaining his processes. We will definitely be back in the future. The experience we had today was great.nAmazing staff and a clean facility.

Ahmed and the rest of the staff here are absolutely wonderful! I usually get close to passing out when I get my blood drawn, but the staff had me lay down and did such a quick job. 100% recommended this location.
