Woke up today with a stomach bug. My regular Dr was out today so I called Urgent Care of GL today to inquire about getting in today. Stacy advised u201cthey were a walk-in facilityu201d, but you can get online and set an appointment. She actually helped me do that over the phone. It was important as I live 26 mikes away. Upon arrival I literally didnu2019t have to wait 5 minutes. The attending Nurse got my vitals - Dr Chad was next - again no long term waiting. I was out of there and headed to the pharmacy. Upon arrival at Grove Drive-In Pharmacy - Again no waiting. Headed home in less than 30 min. Thank you UCGL. I felt like I was in the VIP CLUB today.

As always everyone is so sweet, helpful and kind. Drs always scare me really bad and this place cares so much and help calm my nerves every time. I love that I am coming to a place that genuinely cares and helps in every way possible. I have never left feeling rushed or not heard. Thank you for also being open about payment before services. Dr. Chad is wonderful along with the rest of the staff. 100/10 recommend this lovely clinic.

We are from Colorado visiting family and our 15 mos old daughter got sick. Not wanting to risk an ear infection we took her to Urgent Care of Grand Lake at the recommendation of our family. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the receptionist when I called to see if I could make an appointment and the kindness of every staff member, especially Dr Chad, who took his time with Gracie and made sure she was comfortable with him and the equipment he was using to check her. Really top notch care.
