This place doesnu2019t exist anymore! Check your insurance bills because they have been charging me for an appointment that never existed, and when I tried getting in contact with them, their phone number is completely dead! Only leaving 1 star because I canu2019t leave ZERO

This place has been billing me and Iu2019ve never been there and they have been closed down for months. I still have to report them to the township and insurance but wanted to make the review incase anyone else is having this issue.

No one picks up the phone at reception, they don't pick up calls from the hospital staff trying to get intouch with the offices here either.

Dr. Luis Luque is the ultimate professional and gentleman. He has a tremendous passion and broad knowledge of the medical field. His diverse and extensive knowledge as a doctor, surgeon, and family nurse practitioner are invaluable to the service that he provided me. He took the time to proactively ensure the best care for me during and after my visit. He explained his decisions and directions for care and ensured that I understood everything. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable as a patient. His nurse assistant and staff were equally very polite, professional, and courteous. It was a great experience as a patient and I highly recommend him and this facility.

I scheduled a 3pm appointment at 10:40 am, ended up getting there 25 minutes early and the entire office was locked up and closed. I even received confirmation texts about my upcoming appointment at 2:30pm. I called the number listed on Google twice and the number outside their office twice and no answer. I waited until 3:05pm but there were still no signs of life inside. So I ended up going to a different urgent care. Stay away, because speaking to other people in Secaucus, this happens quite often. Don't make appointments if no one is going to be there.
