This was my 3rd time to this facility in the past 2 years. Each visit was a fantastic experience, always fast & efficient! Beth at the front desk is a gem, always friendly and makes you feel special! Samantha the provider that was on duty takes time to listen and consistently provides excellent care. However, the medical assistant (did not get her name as she did not introduce herself) that roomed me and checked my vital signs was less than pleasant.nI checked in about 1715, not knowing that they close at 1730. I got the impression that I was a big inconvenience and felt rushed from her. When I was exiting the exam room, she was standing there with arms crossed and coat & purse in hand! The entire visit was 25 minutes, like I said fast & efficient. So it wasn't like she had to work several hours after shift because of me, not even10 minutes.nI have worked in the medical field close to 40 years (military & civilian), each patient was given my personal best, focused attention and genuine compassion. Compassion is a fundamental element in nursing practice. Compassion involves treating patients with kindness, empathy, and seeing them as individuals rather than just a number.nAgain, thank you, I really appreciate the Acosta Urgent Care. I just felt compelled to bring this issue to your attention.

The Staff had incredible customer service and was extremely compassionate towards us during our visit! I have gone a few times and have had a wonderful experience. The receptionist was so kind and made me feel welcomed . Definitely refreshing to come across medical staff that actually LOVES what they do and care about their patients and their job.nnTHANK YOU for everything you do!

20/20 hearing?! Is that a thing? Had pressure buildup in right ear from ear wax. Sign in process was quick and easy, staff friendly, performed the procedure and felt like a million bucks afterwards. Highly recommend for quick urgent care needs. Will use again in the future as needed.

Acosta urgent Care is the best urgent care here in Las Cruces they are super fast and the stuff is amazing. I love going to them when we are sick and they listen to you and don't try to rush you out like other urgent cares do..
