Don't believe all the people's reviews, sometimes they overreact. I had never heard about this place until my husband told me about it. when my children got sick and I came here. I met Juan, an amazing man, very respectful ud83dude4f and with great customer service. All the shots we got, it was shocking to us, the following day we were feeling better. To all the mothers out there I highly recommend you bring your children here. you do have to pay out of pocket, but it's well worth it.

Horrible clinic.nI took my dad here because he was having headaches.nIt only took about 5 minutes for the consultation to be over.nMy dad told us that the doctor spent like 40 seconds in the room with him.nThe doctor only asked him were he had the pain then he checked his ears and left the room without telling what the problem was. It only took 40 seconds or less with no other questions or explanations.nWhile i was waiting in the lobby, the nurse came twice to see me. The first time, she told me that i will have to paid $10 more for the sugar levels test. I agreed to pay for it.nAfter a minute she came back and asked me that my dad needed two shots of medicine so i asked what are the shots for, she said that one was for the ear infection and the other one for a chest infection.nI told the nurse that my dad hasn't been sick of flu or cough or anything else since a few months back. The only thing he has was a big headache.nThe nurse said that's was what the doctor told hernMy dad refused to get the shoots because the nurse came in to the room with the shoots already mix in the syringe. He didn't Know what was inside the syringe. He said that he will take pills instead of the shoots.nnThe nurse came back with a very rude attitude and asked me if i wanted a prescription or if i will prefer to buy the medication with them.nI asked for the prescription.nAt the end, the prescription was only for medication for allergies and ear drops for infection.nTerrible service.nThe clinic is very dishonest they should not be trusted.nI almost forgot to mention that they charge me $10 extra for the prescription.nThey take advantage of the most vulnerable people most of them low income hispanic customers.

This place is far the worst clinic I have ever go to. Upon entering the lady who in charge approached the desk made because I interrupted her talk she was having after having to wait. Was asked to wear a mask and didnu2019t have one so I asked if I can have or purchase one. She said no that they didnu2019t have MASK!!! What clinic doesnu2019t offer mask?! From the start my service was denied and given poorly treatment as a paying customer. She made the mistake told me to go to room 3 and it was busy!!! Once asked what was my visit I ask I wanted my vitals done and nothing else. She then proceeded to tell me she canu2019t take my vitals or check my blood pressure to make sure I was fine to go back to work. She then proceeded saying how I needed MRI when I didnu2019t have head injures and needed shots and treatment which I have ALL RIGHT TO REFUSE WHEN ALL I NEEDED WAS MY VITALS CHECK.. I left without being check for my safety and well being!! Got denied service and treatment for headaches. Now Iu2019m processing to file a law suit. The lack of professionalism was like no other places. We need good doctors in town that are willing to take care of its people especially when paying hard earned money. Nothing is free but health is important and this place I wouldnu2019t recommend to anyone or with kids. TAKE KIDS ELSE WHERE AND FAMILY.. BE WARE OF THIS PLACE NOT ALL PEOPLE WHERE SCRUBS ARE WHO YOU MAY THINK ESPECIALLY THE ONES WE COUNT ON TO TAKE CARE OF US. In my own experience. This is my second time coming to this clinic, my sister also has been here for her children. My first experience I had a nasty flu and two shots after I was feeling fine!!! That was a few years back, yesterday 7/31/21 unfortunately I had to go back because of a more serious infection in my intestines and after visiting 2 ER rooms I wasn't feeling no better. I remember this clinic. It's a walk in clinic open 7 days a week. Yes they take cash only and upfront! This may be inconvenient to some and totally understandable but it's your health your dealing with. In my experience they are straight shooters no nonsense and if you have higher standards it would be best to go somewhere else, they work a little different and that's ok.
