The staff were very nice/friendly, however the service I received when it came to communication of results for a test, a surprise bill, and attempting to get into communication with someone unfortunately leaves much to be desired. My attempt to get lab results from over a month ago has only been met with an extensive runaround, and an expensive surprise cost that wasnu2019t communicated prior.Clear and cut transparency along with adequate responsiveness shouldnu2019t be too much from a healthcare provider.

MetroHealth is a great hospital system. They are anxious to make sure they are patient centered and most of the time, they succeed. I feel MetroHealth will go the extra mile to provide Doctors with what they need to treat patients.

I cannot recall ever having a doctor ask me about myself to get to know me before talking about medical concerns. Class act. Dr Surso is an absolute professional. The entire team is very nice. Will be going back.

The doctor was great and the staff was friendly. It is annoying that their doors are locked before closing time. I came as early as I could at 3:45PM, when they close at 4PM to pick up a test.Edit: I came in the following day and the door was open at 3:40PM, so maybe it was a fluke. Either way, I like this clinic a lot.
