I received excellent medical attention from the doctor. He diagnosed viral conjunctivitis. The doctor explained everything that I understood well his explanation. He indicated medicated eye drops and to follow up, if necessary. The eye drops effectiveness was soothing and in a couple of days, I felt much better and then healed completely. The staff is friendly and professional.

Due to their billing mistake, I received a bill for over $800 for a routine STD check that is always free under my insurance. It took many hours of phone calls and months of waiting for it to finally be billed correctly.

Service was good but the wait was long. I had an appointment and arrived on time; however, it appeared to be treated as a walk in. Better to just check wait times as appointments mean nothing regarding when a patient will be seen.

I wasnu2019t going to write this review, but CityMD wasted my time with their incredibly poor billing practices. I went in with a sprained knee and was sent to a different location for an X-ray because they didnu2019t have the equipment or a radiologist at the initial office. The doctor reassured me there would be no extra fee and that everything would count as the same visit. Fast forward, I was billed for two visits.nnI had to call their billing department, explain the situation, and was told not to worryu2014that the bill would be handled. But a year later (yes, a YEAR!), I received the bill again for the second visit. Now Iu2019m forced to go through hoops all over again to fix this unnecessary headache.nnTheir service was useless in the endu2014I had to seek treatment elsewhere because their care didnu2019t help me. So itu2019s been a waste of time, a waste of money, and then a waste of time again dealing with their billing mess. I should have gone straight to a specialist or the ER to handle the sprain in one visit.nnNever again will I use their services.
