I have been requesting a referral for three months and have followed up multiple times, only to be given the runaround by reception. Each time, I was told that the doctoru2019s nurse would call me back, but I am not sure if my messages were ever relayed.nnToday, I called again, feeling frustrated, and asked to speak to a manager. I believe his name was Dario. Unfortunately, he was rude and unprofessional from the beginning. He told me to follow instructions for requesting referrals, which I had already done. He then suggested I connect directly with the doctoru2019s nurse instead of reception, which I found unhelpful, as relaying messages is a basic responsibility of reception staff.nnWhen I expressed my frustration, he told me to u201ccalm downu201d and criticized my tone, which felt dismissive and condescending. He even threatened to disconnect the call, speaking to me in a gaslighting and disrespectful manner, as if I were a child. He stated, u201cMaybe if you followed instructions, youu2019d get answers,u201d which was both unprofessional and hurtful.nnWhile I have greatly appreciated working with Michelle, this experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning whether I should continue with this office. Over the years, I have referred many people here, but this interaction has made me reconsider.nnLet me know if youu2019d like any adjustments!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Castellanos office for years now. We have never had an issue with staff or the doctors. I give them a 5-star rating because they have always been professional and met our needs. We live in the high desert and make the drive down to keep as our primary doctor.

Was seen by a Nurse Practitioner in this office in October 2022 who was nice. Had lab work done, got a copy of the result of my lab work a few days later for my records but NO ONE EVER called me to discuss the result of my labwork. I later showed the results of my lab work to a relative who is a surgeon. I was told I should have been prescribed new medications.nnI feel they donu2019t care about the patients. Since I was a new patient I was expecting that they would review the result of my labwork and call me to set an appointment to discuss the result but no one ever did.

Antiquated, less than average customer service , nurse practitioner, nurse assistants , what about a doctor ??? I went in for labs due to health concerns. Was told it would take 1-2 weeks by one individual and 3-5 days by another. A consult nonearlier 3 weeks to discuss results ? I received a call from an administrator not because of their concern for me or my concerns. Nope! The immediate attention and call to me was zero health related but a result of this review. He was condescending and unprofessional. I was requested not to return as a result of my 1-star review, REVIEW RETALlIATION . This is my one and only negative review and so well deserved.
