Very disappointed after my last visit. I have been going here for a couple years but this time was a failure. This place is SO SLOW even though there are only a COUPLE of people in the rooms and a COUPLE of people in the waiting room! I waited 2 HOURS in the waiting room AND 30 Minutes in the room BY MYSELF. Since it was night time, I almost thought that everyone had left and gone home. In the meantime, the staff is talking about how they are Slammed. Really? What world are you living in? I found out they never have more than one nurse practitioner at work at one time. Once I FINALLY saw the nurse, she RUSHED me in and out within no more than a minute. I didn't even get to explain all the symptoms I was feeling which led to a severe panic attack. I really felt rushed, ignored, unimportant, and worried about my health upon leaving that night.

I was just in there today and had a wonderful experience. I do not think the low ratings are warranted if you are an informed consumer.I walked in for spiking high blood pressure after a recent traffic accident and had little to no wait. I called in advance about the services provided and their cost.The staff is very friendly and highly competent. The treatment went smoothly and the prescription the doctor wrote took my BP from 190/110 to 130/75 in one day! Since I do not have a primary care physician, the doctor informed me how to find one and what questions to ask concerning my problem. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Much thanks to the staff.

Worst experience I've ever had at an urgent care facility. This location was anything but fast. I waited in the lobby for over an hour and then was brought to the exam room where I had to wait an additional 30mins. Absolutely ridiculous for people who don't feel well to have to wait that long. Then they only had one nurse practitioner who was running behind and then only spent 30 seconds with me. I would not recommend this location to anybody!!! I will not be returning to them ever again.

Theres nothing immediate about the care given. I don't blame the staff. They we apologetic when they knew I had been waiting over an hour just to get past the first door. The owners of these facilities don't seem to care that the people going here for care are sick or hurt. We don't walk in feeling great nor do we have lots of time to kill. I signed in at 8:45am and didn't leave until 11am. Owning one of these facilities doesn't earn you the right to under staff in order to see a higher profit.

Ever since this urgent care has changed over to a new company or owner it has been terrible. They service up front is fine and the most recent doctor I had was nice but they were definitely not well trained etc. when I went back into the room the nurse asked questions etc and then took my temp I had a fever so she came back to test for strep and they normally put the stick they swab your tonsils with into something and she was walking around with it up in the air and left her trash on the counter and then the doctor did all of the main tests and looked in my ear and left the used piece right next to me. Then the nurse came back to do a mono test and she pricked my finger then left the trash next to me as well and then had me hold the tissue on my finger and left the room for 5 mins. When she came back she wiped my finger with the sanitizing wipe 20x. Then she said the mono test takes 8 minutes. I waited for about a half an hour as the nurses/doctors were discussing their life stories. They had also done a urine test and never told me the results and when I asked the nurse she shouted across the office u201cwhat were the results for the pregnancy testu201d. I mean COME ON this was the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I should have went to the hospital instead.. I WOULD LIKE TO ADD, itu2019s VERY obvious I have tonsillitis and they checked for mono and strep. Honestly, Are they even real doctors?
